The team at Sun Operative is born out of a friendship and camaraderie dedicated to making you successful. We learned early on that to get exceptional results. First, we would need to leave our ego and pride at the door, focused on assessing symptoms with an open and honest take dedicated to solving complex problems. Sun Operative’s agents have developed unmatched experience and relationships that span the globe. Our Chief Sun Operative, Jon Licata, has almost 30 years of experience in call center management and ownership. We say he has a doctorate in lead generation, call center operations, and selling just about anything over the phone. Consequently, when proper follow-up workflows are in place, we are blessed to offer products and services that drive ultra-low customer acquisition costs.
